Very helpful staff,made us feel very welcome and gave us good directions for finding a restaurant for the evening.Although the position was a little industrial between the railway and a road, it was remarkably quiet and served it's purpose. The rooms were clean and functional.

The hotel has particularly good location just next door to restaurants, the center and a Xmas market. It was within easy walking distance of Die Fette Kuh, serving fast food.

The breakfast was incredibly nice. the room was reasonably large with 2 single beds. - Nothing was too much trouble, the property met all requests. Overall, Hotel Christina is conveniently located near a Christmas market and Cologne. the delicious breakfast and spacious room with two single beds ensured a comfortable stay. the staff were very accommodating and fulfilled all requests effortlessly.

Everything!! From the friendly greeting on our arrival after a long day of travelling through the free tea and coffee at any time (plus Easter treats!!) and breakfast to the smooth check out including arrangement of taxi. Our third visit and already looking forward to next time.

The hotel staff was awesome. Really attentious and helpful. The hotel is a bit far (700 m) from the nearest Tram/Metro stop, but absolutely silent at night. The breakfast was very good too.

The hotel was very clean. No amenities except for internet
The hotel rooms were very small as were the beds and not comfortable. The hotel is situated next to the railroad tracks which are very noisy so I could not sleep. This hotel was priced as a 5 star when in fact it is 2 star at best.
